Kelly Adamonis and Trey Mattson’s wedding ceremony and reception will be held at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa on October 25.
The couple brought their vision to us to assist in creating a minimal, ranchesque feel to complement the venue’s scenery . Kelly asked for a light, airy, feminine and vintage feel with touches of burlap and chalkboard. She has lovingly created many of the elements to include, such as mason jars with lace accents for candles, and will provide lanterns. Our task is to tie her elements together in a cohesive tabletop arrangement that fulfills Kelly’s vision, and use her favorite baby’s breath in profusion with oh so feminine touches of romantic garden roses in the most graceful shades of pale pink, ivory and peach. We’ll add in some wild elements to make sure the overall effect is natural like a walk in the meadow, with elements like wheat grass, abelia, queen anne’s lace, and snow on the mountain. What fun we’re going to have! We’ve built the centerpiece foundations today and have begun ‘greening’ them. Tomorrow we’ll add blooms. Baby’s breath and abelia – just part of the fresh elements readied for designing.
