Welcome to our new blog content! We have some exciting changes in store for the www.brendaabbott.net website. We hope it will be as much fun for you as it is for us as we acquaint you with our brides and our custom floral designs, as well as available rentals from our diverse inventory. So, here we go, a blog featuring our beautiful brides-to-be and their elegant wedding and floral designs with an up close and personal look at how we strive to make our brides’ dreams come true. This week’s featured bride is Alexandra Brown, from Cedar Creek, who will be tying the knot this Saturday in Red Rock under stately trees at the home of her dear friend, Lauren Whitfield Tucker. (We are delighted that Alex was referred to us by Lauren, whom we had the pleasure of serving back in 2008. Thank you, Lauren!) To add a personal touch to her special day, Alex has chosen to do a part DIY/part professional design, resulting in a seamless blend of her inspiration and Brenda Abbott’s eye for luxurious detail. In order to get just the right look, Alex worked with us to special order one of this season’s hottest trends, gold mercury glass vases, to complete the design of her DIY centerpieces. Alex has trusted Brenda Abbott with the enviable tasks of designing her personal flowers, bridal bouquet and bridesmaids’ bouquets using Juliet garden roses and hydrangeas, all delicately placed in vibrant peach, blush and coral hues. We have also provided a number of intricate, romantic crystal chandeliers, adding a touch of class to enhance this already lovely evening.
