Oh, brain celosia, how interesting you are.  Commonly referred to as cockscomb, this velvety red beauty adds such interesting detail to bouquets, we just can't get enough!  This bridal bouquet (one of my favorites), was a sculptural artistic statement incorporating cockscomb, mini calla lilies and fragrant stephanotis blooms (with black jewel accents in their centers).  What do you think?
